Christian life coaching is rooted in a biblical worldview. Mrs. Boone will encourage you to seek God’s wisdom, align your choices with your faith, and take responsible steps with prayer, Scripture-based encouragement, and grace. Coaching is not a replacement for your relationship with God, your church community, or pastoral care.

No. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, crisis care, or medical care. Coaching focuses on personal growth, clarity, daily rhythms, goals, habits, decision-making, and next steps.

Christian life coaching is not the right fit for someone who needs therapy, counseling, crisis support, medical care, or another form of licensed professional treatment. It is not the right fit for someone who needs mental health or medical treatment, crisis intervention, or a level of support that falls outside the scope of life coaching.
